Circle M Consulting is the brain child of Elisandro Martinez, graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a major in Business Administration.
Since graduating, Elisandro continues to study geo political issues, global manufacturing trends and international trade with an emphasis on Central and Eastern Asia, the United States and Mexico. Elisandro is bilingual in English and Spanish and bicultural and on his free times enjoys playing basketball and guitar.
